If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch to explore whether my service feels like the right fit for you. The best way to make initial contact is by email or via the contact form on this website. When you get in touch, it is helpful if you can include a brief written description of the difficulties that you have been experiencing, any significant events or experiences you feel may be relevant, and the kind of support or therapy you are looking for at this time.

This does not need to be detailed or perfectly worded. A short overview is enough to help me understand whether I am the most appropriate clinician to support you and to respond in a way that is helpful and informed. If it feels difficult to put things into words, that is completely understandable; many people find this first step hard. Please share only what you feel comfortable with at this stage. I will respond as soon as possible and, if appropriate, we can then arrange a free 15–20 minute initial consultation to discuss next steps and answer any questions you may have. Please note that I am only able to offer online sessions at this time.
