Common Questions About Services
Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions?
No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to arrange an assessment or begin therapy. Many people seek support based on ongoing difficulties rather than a confirmed diagnosis.
Yes. All therapy and supervision sessions are currently offered online. Online therapy can be effective, accessible, and flexible, while maintaining confidentiality and clinical standards.
Most clients attend weekly sessions, particularly during trauma-focused work. Together, we will agree a pace that feels manageable and clinically appropriate.
The free introductory call (15–20 minutes) offers an opportunity to briefly discuss your needs, ask questions, and consider whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to proceed.
Everything shared in therapy is confidential, except in limited circumstances involving serious risk or legal obligation. These situations are outlined clearly in the confidentiality section.
